If you have an existing booking with Bedly and notice something requires attention of the landlord or our maintenance team, you can submit a maintenance ticket through this form.
Our maintenance team will work to get issues resolved within 48 hours for most issues.
We also send a member of our maintenance team into each unit on a monthly basis to perform routine wellness checks. These are quick inspections where the condition and safety of the apartment are assessed. If you have any outstanding issues you are welcome to let the maintenance team member know in person during these checks as well.
